About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Field Operations team in Nowy Targ, responsible for managing sales in the region.

Responsibilities

Support and train franchisees in running Żabka stores and implementing new services
Manage approximately 28 stores in the assigned region
Achieve set sales and quality goals
Plan and analyze processes in individual stores, working with indicators
Ensure the implementation of standards by franchisees in stores in the assigned region
Coordinate opening processes, franchisee changes, and store closures
Take actions to minimize franchisee losses
Monitor competition
Perform assigned tasks and provide ongoing reports to the direct supervisor

Requirements

Active driving license category B
Willingness to conduct own business activities
Flexibility and availability – adapting working hours to current needs, including work on holidays and weekends
Excellent time management
Business orientation, focus on achieving goals
Effective communication skills
Building partner relationships
Positive influence on others, ability to motivate action
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Decision-making ability
Analytical skills, knowledge of Excel

Nice to Have

Experience in managing a dispersed sales structure
Experience in the FMCG industry
