Partnerships Manager

About the Position

VOL Online Shop, a highly curated luxury e-commerce platform under L’Odyssee, is seeking a Partnerships Manager to secure luxury brand partnerships and manage API integrations for their exclusive e-commerce platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring the platform features rare, high-value products while leveraging exclusive deals and affiliate partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Secure partnerships with luxury brands, department stores (e.g., Harrods, Net-a-Porter, Threads Styling), reseller market, and boutique designers.
• Negotiate exclusive product listings, collaborations, and API integrations.
• Ensure luxury product curation aligns with VOL’s exclusivity and brand positioning.
• Establish API-driven partnerships with luxury retailers for seamless product sourcing.
• Ensure API integrations enable real-time inventory updates and accurate pricing.
• Develop limited-edition collaborations and exclusive capsule collections.
• Ensure Insignia cardholder-exclusive perks such as early access, VIP drops, and reward-based shopping experiences.
• Drive revenue through affiliate commissions, luxury product markups, and brand collaborations.
• Work with the E-Commerce Manager to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Ensure all partner product listings, API integrations, and exclusive collaborations are in place before launch.
• Confirm that product data, brand visuals, and campaign materials are finalised.

Requirements

• 5+ years in luxury brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development.
• Strong relationships within the luxury fashion, jewellery, and high-end retail industry.
• Experience negotiating high-value contracts and managing API-based e-commerce partnerships.
• Ability to identify rare and exclusive products that align with VOL’s curated marketplace.
• Knowledge of affluent consumer behaviours and exclusive shopping trends.
