We are currently seeking a Payments/Banking Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role is perfect for those who aim to manage bank payments and cash flow, communicate with banks and payment service providers, support KYC procedures, prepare and collect required documents and invoices, respond to banks' requests in a timely manner, monitor all account balances, and ensure timely recording of transactions and reconciliation of bank statements in the accounting system.
Responsibilities
- Manage bank payments and cash flow
- Communicate with banks and payment service providers
- Support KYC procedures
- Prepare and collect required documents and invoices
- Respond to banks' requests in a timely manner
- Monitor all account balances
- Ensure timely recording of transactions and reconciliation of bank statements in the accounting system
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with international banks
- Experience handling corporate documents, including powers of attorney, statutes, board resolutions, and related documentation
- Practical experience with 1C and Excel
- Intermediate level of English
- Upper-Intermediate level of Ukrainian
