About the Position

We are looking for a People & Culture Lead to build and shape a workplace where people genuinely enjoy working and feel proud to be part of a growing international company.

Responsibilities

Partner with local leadership on people topics and team development.
Help create a workplace culture where people feel respected, supported, and motivated.
Support leaders in managing team dynamics and resolving workplace conflict.
Strengthen engagement and collaboration across teams and locations.
Support hiring and onboarding of new colleagues.
Act as a key connector between our local and CZ team.

Requirements

Experience in People/Business Partner roles.
Experience working in tech companies, ideally within international teams or companies with European leadership.
Understanding of the Vietnamese work environment and cultural context.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
Ability to navigate complex people situations and workplace dynamics.
Strong interest in building modern and innovative People practices.
Fluent in English. Vietnamese language is an advantage.

Onboarding: Once you accept our offer, we’ll guide you through our onboarding process which includes orientation sessions, training and introductions to your team and key stakeholders, and assign you a “buddy” to help get you settled.
