About the Position
We are looking for a People Partner to join our fast-growing business group. This role involves supporting HR processes, employee development, and retention strategies in a multicultural team.
Responsibilities
- HR process implementation & change management: Ensure the effective implementation of new HR processes and changes, provide guidance to employees and managers, and minimize resistance to change.
- Employee retention management: Analyze turnover drivers, develop and implement retention programs, and improve employee satisfaction and performance.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees, continuously improve onboarding based on feedback and results.
- Employee development: Identify development areas, analyze performance results, provide feedback, support career growth, and create individual development plans.
- Feedback & communication: Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, gather feedback to identify issues and improve processes, and provide career guidance.
- HR administration: Ensure timely execution of operational HR tasks (onboarding, transfers, offboarding), maintain HR analytics and reporting (weekly/monthly).
- Manager support: Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on team management and development, assist in resolving HR-related issues, and support overall team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (People Partner / HR Business Partner).
- Experience working with high-volume roles (call centers, distribution, sales agents, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in implementing organizational changes and supporting employees through transitions.
- Ability to analyze employee turnover and develop retention strategies.
- Experience conducting one-to-one meetings, identifying issues, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Experience in organizing and conducting Performance Reviews and creating employee development plans.
- Ability to support managers in team management and talent development.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of HR systems.
