About the Position

We are looking for a People Partner to join our fast-growing business group. This role involves supporting HR processes and employee development in a multicultural team. The position is Remote.

Responsibilities

  • Support for HR Process Implementation and Change Management: Ensure the effective implementation of new HR processes and changes, provide guidance to employees and managers, and minimize resistance to change.
  • Employee Turnover Management: Analyze the reasons for employee turnover, develop and implement retention programs, and improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Onboarding of New Employees: Ensure successful completion of all onboarding and adaptation stages for new hires, and continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and results.
  • Employee Development: Identify development areas, analyze performance results, provide feedback, support employees’ career growth, and create individual development plans.
  • Feedback and Communication: Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with employees, gather feedback to identify issues and improve workflows, and provide career development guidance.
  • Administration of HR Processes: Ensure timely execution of operational HR tasks (onboarding, transfers, offboarding), maintain HR analytics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Manager Consulting and Support: Provide managers with guidance and recommendations on team management and development, assist in resolving personnel-related issues, and support improvements in overall team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working with high-volume roles (call centers, distribution, sales representatives, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in implementing changes and supporting employees in adapting to new processes.
  • Ability to analyze the causes of employee turnover and develop retention programs to reduce it.
  • Strong skills in conducting one-to-one meetings, identifying issues, and developing recommendations.
  • Experience organizing and conducting Performance Reviews and creating employee development plans.
  • Ability to support managers in team management and talent development.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as knowledge of HR systems.
