Job Description

Workplace: Wrocław or Jelenia Góra or remote work

Responsibilities:

• Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns (performance) including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, targeting over 170 countries worldwide.
• Co-creating and developing a performance marketing strategy for proprietary applications used by 140 thousand companies, reporting results, and optimizing activities.
• Monitoring keywords, visibility, and analyzing organic traffic (Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Optimizing websites and content for SEO and AI-SEO (content optimization for AI models/systems and AI-based search engines).
• Tracking market trends, changes in search engine algorithms, and the dynamic development of AI technologies in marketing, and then translating this knowledge into practical actions.

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B/SaaS performance marketing, including search campaigns, analytics, and SEO – this is not an e-commerce or social media manager role.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in performance marketing/SEO.
• Practical experience in running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms).
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush or similar).
• Skills in optimizing websites and content for SEO and AI-SEO.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and marketing data, create reports, and draw business conclusions.
• Independence, responsibility, and a professional approach to work.
• Willingness to develop and ability to quickly adapt to the dynamically changing market of internet advertising.
• Interest in the development of advertising tools and platforms and their impact on SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Excellent knowledge of Polish in speech and writing.
• Engagement and professional approach to work.

We do not expect expert knowledge in all areas – the key is the desire to learn and develop in the direction of AI-supported performance marketing and SEO.
