Responsibilities

• Neuaufbau: You will independently establish a new site or business unit, actively shaping structures, processes, and strategic direction.
• Recruiting: You will be responsible for acquiring suitable professionals in the medical or educational sectors.
• Vertrieb: You will drive the development of client business, acquire new partners, and cultivate long-term business relationships.
• Disposition: You will coordinate the deployment of your team, match requirements and profiles accurately, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
