About the Position

Bring your ideas to life at Boeing. We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to join our Digital business unit within Boeing Defence UK. This role requires a highly organised and detailed individual with strong project administration, coordination skills, and sound customer knowledge to create an environment of consistently well-managed projects.

Responsibilities

  • Governance & Administration: Coordinate, facilitate, and administer key project and programme governance meetings in strict compliance with internal policies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and action trackers; prepare high-quality delivery status reports.
  • Triage & Communication: Monitor the shared team mailbox, efficiently resolving requests and managing stakeholder communications to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve moderate-scope operational issues independently by referencing established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • The ability to gain UK Security Clearance
  • Proven experience in project administration, coordination, and tracking.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for data accuracy and detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks effectively to meet team goals.

Nice to Have

  • Previous or current experience working within the IT sector.
  • Direct experience with Ministry of Defence (MOD) supply chain programmes or other UK Government Departments.
