SOLCOM GmbH is seeking a PMO for SAP S/4HANA implementation to manage project tasks, quality gates, and documentation in a remote role based in Cologne.

Responsibilities

• Dienstleistersteuerung: Orders to the external project management of the implementation service provider with results, deadlines, and review criteria; monitoring implementation, deliveries, and milestones; preparing internal acceptances.

• Geschäftsstelle der Projektsteuerung: Preparation and follow-up of steering Jour-fixes, expert and steering committees including protocols and tracking of measures.

• Führen der Projektregister: Management of decisions, measures, risks, and extensions.

• Planung und Berichtswesen: Integrated gate plan, weekly deviation and capacity forecast, monthly final cost forecast, and supplier overview.

• Nachhalten von Quality Gates und Fachkonzeptfreigaben: Monitoring of quality gates and subject concept approvals.

• Eskalationmanagement: Escalation management and support in the establishment of PMO standards, templates, and project documentation.

Requirements

Must-haves

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als PMO in SAP-Einführungsprojekten: Several years of experience as a PMO in SAP implementation projects, ideally S/4HANA.

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PM-Methoden: Proficiency with common PM methods (classical/hybrid, e.g., SAP Activate) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse: Fluent German language skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor bzw. an Hochschulen: Experience in the public sector or at universities.

• Kenntnisse in den Modulen FI/CO, MM oder PS: Knowledge in the modules FI/CO, MM, or PS.

• Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA).
