About the Position
We're seeking a PPC Lead/Head of PPC with 3+ years experience to manage a PPC team, optimize campaigns, and drive performance marketing success.
Responsibilities
- Building and managing a performance PPC team
- Communicating and coordinating with partners
- Training, motivating, and evaluating team members
- Setting tasks, assessing team performance, and onboarding new recruits
- Controlling the execution of plans on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Preparing commercial proposals for selling new and maintaining existing projects
Requirements
- Experience in PPC for at least 3 years
- Experience managing a PPC team of 3+ specialists for a year
- High level of technical expertise in paid traffic channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok
- Experience with analytics systems: GA4, AppsFlyer
- Advanced dashboard building in Looker Studio, experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Understanding of performance marketing and key metrics: CR, CPA, ROI, ROMI, ROAS, LTV, and methods to improve them
- Understanding of the technical aspects: GTM (Server-side is a plus)
- High level of communication skills (negotiation, flexibility, and reasoned communication, finding the best solutions for both parties)
- Ability to build a complete sales funnel (from reach to conversion and retention), calculate media plans based on business metrics (LTV, CAC, ROMI)
- Experience in systematic hypothesis testing, landing page optimization (CRO), and scaling successful campaigns without loss of efficiency
