Job Description

• As part of the consulting team, you will support with analyses, technological benchmarking, and competitive comparisons
• You will learn to skillfully use innovative methods and technologies to optimize the service, sales, and marketing performance of our product areas and strengthen customer loyalty
• You will participate in interdisciplinary projects and the development and implementation of strategies
• You will use modern AI tools to independently automate small tasks or even generate code – even if you are not a developer
• In the development and implementation of technical and functional solution concepts for process optimization in the customer center, you will support experienced employees and thus contribute to the development of new potentials in the digital and multichannel environment

Requirements

• After a very good general or specialized high school diploma, you are currently pursuing a university degree and are among the top students in your program
• You are tech-/startup-affine and fascinated by Artificial Intelligence and AI-driven business models
• Your excellent comprehension and analytical understanding enable you to quickly grasp complex issues
• Good communication skills and a pronounced service orientation characterize your work style
• E-commerce and online affinity distinguish you
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Fluent German skills complete your profile
