• Selection process of applicants including telephone interviews and accompaniment during personal interviews
• Search for suitable candidates in various databases
• Organizational and administrative tasks

Qualifications that are helpful for this internship:

• Ongoing or completed studies with a focus on HR, Business, or Psychology
• Interest in HR management, recruiting, and sales
• Proficient in MS Office and Social Media
• Excellent German language skills in speech and writing
• Proactive behavior and hands-on mentality
