Your Benefits

• Warm Lead Calls: You won't be calling strangers from a cold list. You'll be calling companies that know Everlast, follow our content, and have reached out to us.
• Security from Day One: You start with a fixed salary of €3,500 gross per month. Right from the start, you can earn bonuses up to €5,500 per month.
• Paid Training Instead of Expensive Coaching: You'll be trained for one year in modern sales and Artificial Intelligence, with scripts, personal training, and our own AI simulators. No prior experience is necessary.
• Clear Career Path: After twelve months, you can switch to the setting and then move up to closing, where five-figure monthly incomes are possible. After that, it continues up to management and becoming an Everlast Partner. Each step has fixed, measurable criteria.
• Equal Conversations: Our clients range from agencies to SMEs to corporations. You'll be speaking with decision-makers from the start.
• From Office to the World: You'll work in the office in Neu-Ulm or Munich, in the middle of the team, and reach customers across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and beyond by phone.

Your Tasks

• Initial Phone Calls: You'll call companies that have signed up for a free 15-minute initial consultation or have already been in contact with us. For the first twelve months, you'll conduct all calls over the phone.
• Identify Needs: You'll discover in the conversation what challenges a company is facing and whether there is a real need.
• Schedule Appointments: You'll leave a professional impression and schedule the next appointment with our experts.
• Follow-Up: You won't lose sight of interested parties who need more time and will check in with them at the agreed time.
• Training: You'll train daily with scripts and AI simulators, getting better with each call.
• Your Goals: You'll start each day with clear goals for calls made and appointments held, and you'll see your numbers at any time in the performance dashboard.

Your Qualifications

• Enjoy Talking on the Phone: You love talking to people all day and stay in good spirits even after the twentieth call.
• Number-One Mentality: You're not satisfied with average and want to be the best in your team.
• Expressiveness: You speak clearly, friendly, and to the point, with German at an almost native level.
• Persistence: A "no" doesn't slow you down. You keep going and overcome setbacks.
• Willingness to Learn: You take feedback, implement it immediately, and stick to proven processes.
• Commitment: You want to give it your all for a year in the opening, on-site in Neu-Ulm or Munich.
• Career Changers Welcome: You don't need sales experience. Experience with customers, for example, from the hospitality, retail, or service sectors, will help you get started.
