About the Presale Manager Role
As a Presale Manager in our digital agency, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our digital solutions to clients. You will work on determining the needs of potential customers, briefing, qualifying leads, and ensuring that our clients understand the value of our services and products.
Responsibilities
- Study clients’ needs and business requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare detailed presentations and proposals for clients, showcasing the advantages of our digital solutions.
- Interact with potential clients, responding to their inquiries and providing consultations about our products and services.
- Seek new opportunities to expand the business and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as development, marketing, and project management to ensure successful project implementation.
- Maintain sales records, interact with CRM systems, and generate reports for result analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or previous presale manager experience is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with employees and clients at different levels.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- English B2 or higher.
