Pricing Analyst

About the Position

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing strategies and cost structures to ensure competitive pricing while maximizing the company's profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven pricing decisions and budget optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and selling prices to evaluate profitability.
• Develop and analyze pricing structures based on business needs and market conditions.
• Provide pricing recommendations and communicate pricing strategies to relevant stakeholders.
• Recommend pricing policies and support the implementation of pricing procedures.
• Monitor pricing performance to ensure alignment with the company's profitability objectives.
• Maintain accurate pricing data by updating and managing information in the system.
• Monitor and analyze the utilization of monthly promotional budgets to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct market price research and competitor benchmarking to support pricing decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cost structures, particularly in marketplaces, warehousing, and project logistics.
• Experience in data analysis, pricing analysis, or market research is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and data analysis).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
