About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Architect (ISG) with extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF and Gosu, along with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our insurance products, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF and Gosu to meet business requirements and improve product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities and streamline processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, design, and implementation processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements and drive the implementation of new features.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate external solutions and services seamlessly.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of solutions, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption to business activities.
