Product Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland, focusing on user experience and usability across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Realization of tasks from the development of a consumer application B2C, through the B2B platform, to consultations on exploring new business directions.
• Leading the Discovery process from problem to decision: regular validations of experiments with users, working on data.
• Designing flows and collaborative work with PM and engineering within the Product Trio.
• Co-creating and evaluating conversion experiments with the marketing team (hypothesis, metric, conclusion).
• Co-creating and developing design standards: Design System, research methods in agile, and operational use of AI.
