Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in project management and analysis to join our team in Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Serbia, or remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of the API documentation to coordinate the request for the implementation of the integration and to make sure that it meets expectations of the business customer.
  • Taking responsibility for the correctness of the implementation according to the requirements.
  • Maintenance of the retrospective analysis of accomplishing tasks, identifying weaknesses in the integration process.
  • Improving integrations and processes of communicating with providers.
  • Analysis of a user’s flow for increasing effectiveness of business requirements of the development team.
  • Completing of the criteria system for integration by payment system types.
  • Controlling of the final testing of integrated payment systems before its implementation.
  • Attending meetings dedicated to status update of completed, current and planned tasks.
  • Taking part in planning sprints with PSP and Dev departments.
  • Working with Team Lead Product Manager.
  • Working with business customers, analysis of the resources and adjustment of the roadmap.
  • Working with Project Manager, the development team and QA.
  • Working with managers of other projects for realization of tasks.

Requirements

  • 3-plus years of experience in working as a Product Manager in a product company.
  • Experience in analyzing requirements, evaluation of labor expenditures, planning of projects, management of risks and changes.
  • Great communication skills, ability to settle arguments and to conduct negotiations.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies of managing projects (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall).
  • Experience of composing a work specification for a development team.
  • Understanding of client-server architecture.
  • Communication skills with third-party software.
  • Experience in working with API documentation and Payment Systems, Billing.
  • English language, Upper-Intermediate level (B2) preferably.
  • Advanced user of Atlassian.
