Product Manager

About the Position

We are the biggest app development company in Central Europe. Our team includes more than 200 highly qualified employees specializing in native applications and enterprise solutions. We provide full-cycle development services on iOS, Android, and web platforms, including wireframing, UI/UX design, QA, back-end, and front-end.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Product Manager.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Demonstrable expertise in developing, managing, and supporting applications (mobile, web, cloud-based, etc.)
• Prior hands-on experience with most aspects of product life cycle management methodologies
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exceedingly detail-oriented with superb writing, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product team to identify areas of improvement and optimization (including product design, user experience, product feedback)
• Develop and maintain the product backlog and estimates
• Clarify and prioritize user stories, feature requirements, and specifications for Development and QA teams
• Facilitate product demos and presentations for each release to internal stakeholders and teams to ensure that relevant groups throughout the company are fully trained on new features
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create a best-in-class product user experience
• Background in data analysis, web analytics, A/B testing is a plus
• Analyze user metrics, usability studies, and competitive information to present product launch debriefs
• Conduct market research, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and specifications for new products and features
