About the Position
Product Manager
Join our fast-growing business group as a Product Manager, working with a multicultural team in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a top-tier team in Development, Architecture, Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies
- Manage product funnels and lifecycle
- Conduct product research and user interviews
- Analyze data and interpret results
- Collaborate with different stakeholders
- Utilize A/B testing and analytics tools
- Create and work with hypotheses
- Understand and implement digital advertising ecosystems and growth hacking techniques
Requirements

Core Skills:
- Experience as a Product Manager or Growth Product Manager
- Proficiency in A/B testing and product research
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of analytics systems (GA4, Tableau, Firebase, etc.)
- Mobile A/B testing experience
- Understanding of OneSignal, Firebase Cloud Messaging, etc.
- English proficiency (B2+)

Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems and GTM
- Familiarity with Event Based Analytics and Growth Hacking
- Understanding of digital product development processes
- Ability to work multifunctionally with different stakeholders
- Experience with web and mobile products
- Conducting in-depth user interviews
- Creating and working with hypotheses
- Familiarity with NPS, CES & CSAT
