About the Position

Product Manager, Digital Multiphase Products, High Performance AI and Compute Power

As a Product Manager for Digital Multiphase Products, High Performance AI and Compute Power at Renesas, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets including AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, and computing.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics.
  • Develop business cases and market requirements documents.
  • Identify and recommend features to keep the portfolio cutting-edge.

• Product Development & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering teams to develop and launch products.
  • Provide clear direction to the product development team.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering execution and market requirements.

• Go-to-Market & Sales

  • Develop sales collateral, customer presentations, and competitive analysis.
  • Create customer-facing documentation.
  • Manage pricing strategy, quotes, and cost structures.

• Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with peer product managers to define integrated solutions.
  • Stay current with technology trends and market needs.
  • Work effectively with distributed teams across global offices.

• Documentation & Communication

  • Develop comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.

• Qualifications

  • BSEE or related fields with 5+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles. MSEE or MBA is a plus.
  • Understanding of power management applications and products.
  • Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking, and/or computing markets.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
