Product Manager (Latam)

About the Position

Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS, and Back-office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development;
• Own product performance, UX improvements, and key metrics;
• Launch and manage A/B tests to optimize funnels and conversion;
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics, make data-driven decisions;
• Build, analyze, and optimize product funnels;
• Work closely with: Gamification team, Product Content Managers, CRM and Marketing teams;
• Initiate and launch new features and product improvements;
• Define product backlog, priorities, and roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in iGaming;
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing;
• Understanding of growth mechanics and performance-oriented products;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories;
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
