Product Owner

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Lottery Product Management team, shaping the vision and strategy for products in the Retailer Sales Channel. You’ll work closely with clients and engineering teams to support customer engagement and business success. Teamwork and flexibility are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Support the product manager’s vision and strategy.
• Lead customer meetings to gather needs and turn them into product requirements.
• Organize and run product demos and workshops.
• Work with engineering teams during product design and development.
• Create documents like process flows, specifications, use cases, and questionnaires.
• Collaborate with teams like Marketing, Legal, and Security.
• Help customers use the products effectively and get the most value from them.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of product management and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 15%) and work across time zones.

• Knowledge of Open Retail and Lottery Retailer Solutions.
