Product Owner

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Owner with 5+ years of experience in business analysis to join our global lottery technology company. This role is 100% remote and offers a full-time/long-term agreement.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Preparation of business requirements and approval of technical specifications.
• Defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value.
• Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries.
• Facilitating communication and interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers.
• Actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospective).
• Monitoring product KPIs and proposing data-driven improvements.
• Managing the product lifecycle from conception to release.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing clear, structured business requirements documents.
• Good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams).
• Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or equivalent notation standards.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the regulated gaming industry.
• Certification in Agile methodology (e.g., SAFe PO, CSPO, PMI-ACP).
