Join XITASO as a Product Owner and shape digital solutions from concept to successful implementation in various industries.
About the Company
XITASO is a sought-after partner for demanding software and digitalization projects in sectors such as plant and mechanical engineering, robotics, medical technology, and the public sector.
As a Product Owner, you will design digital solutions from the initial idea to successful implementation. Together with our clients and interdisciplinary teams of software engineers, UI/UX experts, and Agile coaches, you will develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop the product vision and concepts for individual software solutions in collaboration with our clients and an interdisciplinary team, and successfully lead them from idea to implementation.
- Manage requirements – from planning and conducting workshops to creating and prioritizing user stories and maintaining the product backlog.
- Take project responsibility and keep track of project progress, goals, risks, dependencies, and team workload.
- Guide and support the team through the agile development process, shaping daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives with the help of our Agile coaches.
- Actively shape XITASO by contributing your experiences, ideas, and impulses beyond your project into our communities and the company's development.
Requirements
- A completed degree in mathematics, business administration, (business) computer science, natural sciences, engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role, with knowledge of working in agile software teams is ideal.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and quickly find your way around in different customer domains.
- Skill in presenting complex relationships to the target audience in an appropriate manner – verbally, in writing, and visually.
- Curiosity about new technologies and openness to integrating AI-supported tools meaningfully into your daily work.
- Willingness to bring your strong organizational skills to projects.
- Enjoyment of collaborating and communicating with clients and convincingly representing clear recommendations, even when different interests collide. You succeed in bringing together different perspectives and taking all stakeholders on the journey together.
- Appreciation for the agile way of working, an open mindset, and enjoyment of taking responsibility in a self-organized team.
