About the Position

Noesis is looking for a Product Owner (Customer Management) to join our team in Porto, Portugal. If you are passionate about driving the evolution of customer management solutions and ensuring alignment with business objectives, we want you on our innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the evolution of Customer Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs;
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining business requirements and coordinating delivery with technical teams;
• Ensure the evolution of customer identity, profile, consent, and lifecycle management capabilities, while supporting integrations with CRM, Loyalty, Digital Channels, and other enterprise systems;
• Ensure solution quality, operational readiness, and compliance with security, privacy, and customer data governance standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within Customer Management, CRM, CIAM, or Customer Data environments;
• Experience managing product backlogs, defining business requirements, and working in Agile environments;
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps;
• Knowledge of customer data, system integrations, APIs, and data privacy principles;
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Organizational and communication skills;
• Fluency in English.
