Responsibilities

Product Vision and Roadmap: You will be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and strategic development of our Salesforce platform, ensuring sustainable business value.
Requirement Translation: Translate requirements into user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and other product owners.
Coordination: Coordinate between departments, DevOps team, development, and external partners, managing agile product development, including Scrum events, releases, and MVPs.
Feature Evaluation: Evaluate features, integrations, and innovations in terms of benefits, cost-effectiveness, and technical feasibility.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, security, and stability of our solutions through architecture alignment, acceptance criteria, testing, acceptance, and bug and incident management.

Requirements

Education: Completed studies in (Economic) Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – or comparable qualifications with strong technical experience.
Experience: Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a B2B environment, ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform (e.g., data model, standard functionalities, customization).
Agile Methods: Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and backlog management, and collaboration with technical teams and roles (Developer, Architect, Admin).
Skills: Ability to structure and prioritize complex technical requirements, strong communication and decision-making skills, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Compliance: Understanding and responsibility for DSGVO and data compliance issues.
Languages: Very good German and good English skills.

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Product Owner/BA)
Experience with Bullhorn 4 Salesforce, PDF-Butler
Experience with integrations, APIs, or ERP processes
Knowledge of sales or marketing processes
