About the Position

Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Warsaw, responsible for the development of the MultiSport module in the MyBenefit platform. This role is for someone who seamlessly combines the business perspective, B2B clients, users, operations, and IT, who can translate needs and problems into specific solutions and development priorities. The product operates in the self-service domain and includes areas such as configuration, payments, automation, and further development of user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Business Owner to create and manage the product vision and strategy.
• Transparent Communication: Ensure all key stakeholders understand the product's purpose and direction.
• OKRs and KPIs: Establish and monitor OKRs (Objective and Key Results) and KPIs for the product in agreement with the Business Owner.
• Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Business Owners and stakeholders to understand their needs and determine the product's business value.
• Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with Scrum teams to deliver valuable functionalities in iterative work cycles (Agile/Scrum).
• Market Analysis: Regularly analyze the market and competition to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to present product development progress and gather feedback from users and clients.
• Marketing and Sales: Work with the marketing and sales team to effectively launch products in the market.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze user data and business indicators to make decisions regarding product development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in an agile environment based on the Scrum approach.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in developing e-commerce products or platforms and a good understanding of the purchasing process, online payments, transaction settlement, and after-sales service.
• Comfortable navigating the environment of configurations, system dependencies, customer and user processes, migrations.
• Knowledge of product and project management tools (e.g., prioritization techniques, Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
• Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs and OKRs.
• Ability to seek new solutions and market segments, systematic observation of the competitive environment, and initiating changes.
• Advanced level of English.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of sales processes and e-commerce, particularly the digital purchasing path, payment processes, and customer service.
• Knowledge of digital trends in customer communication and B2B, B2C sales.
• Familiarity with approaches such as product discovery/design thinking.
