Product – Product Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our fast-growing business group. You will be responsible for managing standalone products and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the development and management of a standalone product.
• Defining and executing product strategy, positioning, and the roadmap.
• Requirements management, timeline control, and release quality assurance.
• Working with key metrics: user growth, retention, and profitability.
• Collaboration with partners, clients, and internal teams (Dev, BI, CRM, Marketing).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful launches of large or complex products.
• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, business models, and unit economics.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching or managing whitelabel platforms in iGaming or related industries.
• Knowledge of market-specific requirements (regulations, compliance, localization).
• Skills in strategic planning and product P&L management.

Soft Skills

• Leadership: ability to guide teams, build trust, and establish authority.
• Strong negotiation skills for working with partners and stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term goals with day-to-day operational management.
