About the Position
Postmen Production is an integral part of the Postmen agency.
Today, Postmen Production's portfolio includes commercials, explainers, mockumentaries, animations, and documentaries for Nova Poshta, UNICEF, "Darnytsia", PrivatBank, Mastercard, Run Ukraine, and many others.
We are looking for a Production Manager responsible for the operational coordination of video projects and assisting the producer in implementing projects within budget, deadlines, and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operational support for the producer;
- Preparation of production plans and timelines;
- Active participation in the organization and coordination of the filming process;
- Maintenance of project documentation;
- Assistance to the producer in compiling estimates, preparing budget tables;
- Search and organization of locations, transportation;
- Organization of catering on the set.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Understanding of the full cycle of video production;
- Experience with budgets;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets (budgets, timelines);
- Experience in preparing production documentation;
- Basic understanding of the technical part of shooting.
