About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the team responsible for Investment Projects and Initiatives at Inter, working on the organization, control, and management of deliverables, ensuring that projects are delivered with quality, on time and with the best possible return for the business and the client.

Your mission will be to act with a Product Owner/project management vision, leading alignments with stakeholders, monitoring phases and deliverables, managing risks, and supporting decision-making based on data.

The environment is collaborative, dynamic, and data and results-oriented, with autonomy to propose improvements, question processes, and contribute to the continuous evolution of projects.

Daily Responsibilities

• Act as PO / project manager, ensuring organization of the plan, phases, deliverables, and execution follow-up.
• Lead alignments with stakeholders (Technology, UX, Legal/Compliance, Business, and CX), ensuring clarity of priorities, scope, and dependencies.
• Map, monitor, and mitigate risks and impediments, proposing alternatives and recording decisions.
• Organize and maintain project governance (rituals, status reports, schedule, checkpoints, and communication with areas).
• Connect and cross databases to generate visibility on performance, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support analyses to evaluate the impact, quality, and return of deliveries, guiding prioritization and next steps.

Requirements

Required:

• Experience (even initial) with project management and coordination of deliveries with multiple areas.
• Ability to work under time pressure, with organization and control of priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to lead alignments and negotiations with stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-oriented profile, with the ability to transform information into action plans.

Desired:

• Familiarity with productivity and assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) and use of GenAI to accelerate analysis/documentation.
• Experience with investment products (e.g., funds, previdência, COE) and/or projects in banks.
• Knowledge of regulated environments (CVM/BCB) and interaction with Legal/Compliance in projects.
