About the Role and Mission

We are seeking a Full Products Analyst | Payroll Loans Product for the Payroll Loans Product SP team (Real Estate and Payroll Loans SP), focusing on the management and evolution of Public, INSS, and CLT Consignment Loans.

Mission: Connect performance, customer experience, and results (P&L and portfolio), transforming data into decisions to drive growth, profitability, and product efficiency in a constantly evolving context.

Daily Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the evolution of Consignment Loan products (Public, INSS, and CLT), connecting strategy, performance, and customer experience.
• Analyze funnel indicators and behavior, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and monitor KPIs, analyses, and dashboards to support business decisions and directions.
• Support the construction and execution of the product roadmap, monitoring projects and deliveries with partner areas.
• Conduct performance, market, and pricing analyses, contributing with recommendations and action plans.
• Lead end-to-end product evolution initiatives and projects, ensuring execution and alignment among stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders such as Operations, Credit, Collections, Legal, and IT, articulating priorities and enabling deliveries.

Requirements

Required:

• Experience with financial products, preferably credit products.
• Strong analytical capacity and ease in working with data to identify problems and opportunities.
• Experience in building and monitoring business and performance indicators.
• Ability to transform analyses into insights, recommendations, and action plans.
• Experience in executing and monitoring product projects/initiatives with cross-functional interaction.
• Proactive, curious, organized, with good prioritization, communication, and relationship skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Autonomy to lead agendas and evolve in product ownership/vision.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data extraction/manipulation/analysis.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel for analysis and indicator construction.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for analysis and dashboard monitoring.
• Familiarity with project management and backlog tools (Jira or similar).

Desirable:

• Experience with consignment loan products (Public, INSS, and/or CLT).
• Knowledge of profitability, pricing, risk, and credit financial indicators.
• Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or digital businesses.
• Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau or similar).
