Im CPO Office arbeitest Du direkt mit dem Chief Product Officer der CHECK24 Gruppe zusammen. Hier bist Du nah an zentralen Produkt- und Innovationsentscheidungen – ein Umfeld, das Dir einzigartige Einblicke und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten eröffnet. Von Beginn an übernimmst Du Verantwortung für eigene Projekte und arbeitest mit hoher Visibilität an innovativen Produktkonzepten mit Fokus auf User Experience und KI. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit den Entscheidungsträgern der Produktwelten und zentralen Funktionen zusammen.

Job Description

• Shape the future of our products: Analyze customer needs and develop innovative product and service ideas with real added value
• Scout trends & technologies: Observe developments in the digital and tech world, conduct competitive analyses, and create benchmarks for state-of-the-art technologies
• Advise and support our product worlds: Assist Product Owners in optimizing user journeys and elevate the user experience of our comparisons to a new level
• Work in close proximity to the executive level: Develop concepts, pitch your ideas to CHECK24 decision-makers, and grow through direct sparring at the management level
• Network stakeholders & knowledge: Ensure smooth exchange between teams, promote efficient knowledge transfer, and thus drive the further development of the entire CHECK24 Group

Requirements

• Excellent Master's degree with a preference for technical, scientific, or economic orientation
• High motivation and the ambition to establish the best product solutions and user experience for our customers
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for the online world, digital trends, and artificial intelligence – ideally, you have already dealt with topics such as Prompt Engineering, Feature Design, and development with modern AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or Lovable
• High self-initiative and the ability to familiarize yourself with complex products and processes, question them, develop improvement approaches, and communicate them clearly
• You work in a structured and precise manner, pay attention to details, and have a strong sense of quality
• Fluent communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
