Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our development team to build world-class lottery products. The ideal candidate will have R&D experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product R&D stream, executing planned roadmap.
• Analyze roadmap status and, when necessary, revise the scope and schedule to ensure that requirements are met.
• Coordinate backlog dependencies among multiple scrum teams.
• Follow the status of each feature addressing the ownership with other groups (Product Management, Architecture, external development teams).
• Work closely with requirements engineers to estimate and develop to quality products.
• Report roadmap execution outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary.
• Coordinate the schedule of product releases with Project Managers and Service managers involved in customer projects.
• Promote high quality and timely completion of projects.
• Work with onsite and remote teams.
• Strive for continuous improvement in efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Computer Science Bachelor’s degree, College degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience in working with multiple scrum teams.
• Experience in developing high-throughput web solutions.
