About the Position
We are a young start-up company based in Kiev, Ukraine, building a next-generation B2B platform with exciting features. Our highly skilled development team, whom we call a “family,” has created a good, reliable, clean, and unique system from scratch. We are now looking for a Project Manager in Zagreb, Croatia, to join our team and lead projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs to meet the budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
