Project Manager

About the Position

We are a young start-up company based in Kiev, Ukraine, building a next-generation B2B platform with exciting features. Our highly skilled development team, which we call a “family,” has transformed an empty paper into a good, reliable, clean, and unique system. We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia.

Responsibilities

• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and being extremely resourceful
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
