Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics, BI, data management, reporting, and AI-related projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Establish project governance, delivery frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and communication plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Snowflake Developers, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Developers, AI Engineers, ERP specialists, and external vendors.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT teams to align project objectives with business priorities.
• Facilitate project workshops, steering committees, status meetings, and executive-level reporting.
• Manage resource planning, milestones, project budgets, and delivery dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and delivery obstacles.
• Drive change management and business adoption of delivered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes, security standards, and project management best practices.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and delivery partners.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, decision logs, and RAID registers.
• Monitor benefits realization and post-go-live performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, including at least 5 years leading enterprise data, analytics, BI, AI, digital transformation, or ERP-related initiatives.
• Proven experience managing international, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of the analytics delivery lifecycle - from business requirements and data sourcing through data modeling, reporting, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data warehouses, and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Practical knowledge of technologies and platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Power BI.
• Practical understanding of enterprise ERP and CRM ecosystems, preferably SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with executive leadership, business owners, IT teams, and external partners.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience establishing project governance and project reporting, preferably using Azure DevOps.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex, matrixed international environment.
• Fluent English (minimum C1).
• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or SnowPro Core will be considered an advantage.

Sending CV

Include information about technical skills, knowledge of programming languages and IT tools, and possibly experience in projects.

Phone Screening

The interview is aimed at assessing the candidate’s suitability for the position and verifying basic information from the CV. It is also an opportunity to discuss the candidate’s expectations and briefly present the job description and working conditions.

HR + Technical Meeting

We talk about the candidate’s professional experience, but also expectations regarding the new job. This is also the moment to check references and confirm the authenticity of the information provided, which allows you to get to know the candidate better and assess his fit with the company’s organizational culture.

Client Company Meeting

The candidate is introduced to the client. This stage aims to match the future employee to a specific project, taking into account both their technical skills and design preferences, which maximizes the chances of successful cooperation.

Employment

We sign an agreement that includes the terms of cooperation, scope of duties, remuneration, and other key aspects of employment, such as the rights and obligations of both parties. From now on, the candidate becomes an official employee of the company.

Onboarding + First Day of Work

A comprehensive process of familiarizing a new employee with the organization, team, and tools, aimed at making it easier for him to join work as quickly and effectively as possible. In TTMS, we use an internal e-Learning platform to conduct modern onboarding.
