About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Low Current Electrical Installations to join our team in București-Ilfov, Cluj-Napoca, Oradea, or Zalău, on-site. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge in the field, eager to participate in large-scale projects with our colleagues from the Execution of Installation Works Division. The main objective will be to ensure the proper coordination of execution works for Security Systems, Fire Safety, BMS Automation, IT Infrastructure, and Communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates on-site work, where AVITECH operates as a subcontractor or directly for clients, on low current electrical installations – security systems, access, parking, gas and fire detection systems, BMS building automation, IT infrastructure, communications.
• Actively participates in technical discussions and on-site coordination meetings.
• Prepares detailed work schedules and ensures timely completion of projects under their responsibility.
• Monitors project budgets, tracks execution costs, and adjusts contracts as necessary.
• Ensures that projects always have all necessary material and human resources allocated for smooth operations.
• Identifies potential issues in project execution promptly to obtain technical, commercial, or legal advice within the company.
• Actively monitors project stages to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervises AVITECH subcontractors on-site when necessary.
• Collaborates closely with the company's technical and operational departments.
• Prepares activity reports in accordance with the internal working documents of the department they belong to.
• Continuously improves their technical knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions organized by AVITECH or its technology partners.

Ideal Candidate

Education and Experience

• Higher education in electrical engineering, automation, or installations.
• Solid knowledge of low current electrical installations.
• Advanced knowledge of commissioning security systems, fire protection, BMS, IT infrastructure (Honeywell / Siemens / Schneider / Bosch / Schrack / Axis / Milestone / Genetec) is a major advantage, compensated accordingly.
• Solid knowledge of legislation governing the industry (security systems, fire protection installations, electrical installations).
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken.
• 3-5 years of experience in coordinating complex projects of low current electrical installations, integrated security systems, building automation, IT infrastructure, and communications.
