We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales team in Voluntari, Ilfov, with the possibility of partial remote work. Responsibilities

• Design, plan, execute, monitor, and adapt integrated promotional campaigns for the company's solutions and services, in coordination with internal and external marketing resources (digital marketing specialists, CRM, graphics, web technologies).
• Track the fulfillment of the company's growth objectives (sales, number of clients, customer retention).
• Design, plan, execute, monitor, and maintain integrated campaigns to promote the company's image (brand awareness, employer branding).
• Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) on various specific topics: solutions, services, human resources.
• Integrate the marketing plan with the sales department's activities and objectives, together with the management team.
• Contribute to the sales team training process to master knowledge about solutions, equipment, and services.
• Study and analyze customer behavior and needs.
• Study, monitor, and evaluate the activity of competitors.
• Continuously inform about the evolution of domestic and international economies, business opportunities, and technology trends.
• Actively participate in meetings with business partners and clients, at seminars and conferences on topics specific to AVITECH's activity.
• Design and manage the annual marketing plan and the budget that supports it.
• Collaborate closely with all divisions, departments, and the management team within the company.
• Manage the relationship with external service providers of the marketing department.

Ideal Candidate

Education and Experience

• Higher education preferably in communication, marketing, ASE, or engineering.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, B2B marketing in a technical field (Engineering Services, Civil Engineering, IT Services).
• Good understanding of marketing technologies.
• Excellent skills in strategic thinking, verbal and written communication, presentation, sales, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand the strategic and competitive priorities of AVITECH's activity and transform them into analyses and information.
• Ability to design and write marketing texts: presentations of solutions, equipment, and services, case studies, blog articles, press releases.
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken.
