About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the improvement of production processes for a Western automotive company. The role involves managing a team, conducting technical tests, managing budgets, and optimizing production processes.

Responsibilities
- Establishes project goals and monitors achievements
- Manages and motivates a production processes improvement team
- Follows technical tests of equipment; finds, selects, negotiates, and completes contacts with suppliers of operational equipment
- Examines and analyzes new products, follows series production, takes necessary steps, and implements action plans
- Develops a budget, manages costs, initiates corrections in case of deviations, controls labor demand
- Initiates changes, optimizes, and introduces new production processes to meet customer requirements, quality standards, work safety, and environment protection
- Cooperates with other departments, prepares presentations, and reports
