Project Manager

About the Position

We are a digital agency specializing in PPC advertising and performance marketing. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can effectively coordinate the launch and optimization of advertising campaigns, manage a team of specialists, and deliver consistent results for our clients. If you’re familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS, and KPIs - you’ll thrive with us!

Responsibilities

• Manage PPC projects: planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing
• Assign tasks to targeting specialists, analysts, designers, and copywriters
• Communicate with clients: gather briefs, align strategies, present results
• Oversee deadlines, budgets, and campaign performance
• Maintain internal documentation, timelines, and reporting
• Analyze key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions
• Identify bottlenecks in campaigns and propose improvements
• Coordinate A/B testing and implement new tools and approaches

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in digital or PPC-related roles
• Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
• Knowledge of analytics tools: Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio
• Experience with task managers (ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in Ukrainian
• English suitable for business communication
• Motivation to grow in the field of performance marketing
