About the Position
Project Manager - Marketing & Creative Operations
Deone is the world's first Deobanking App - a single membership that brings together premium banking, digital assets, exclusive lifestyle benefits, and wellness services. We're early-stage, remote-first, and moving fast. We're looking for someone to become the operational right hand to our CMO, ensuring every marketing and design task has a clear owner, deadline, and next step.
Responsibilities
Task & Delivery Management
- Own day-to-day coordination across marketing and design workflows - briefs, owners, deadlines, priorities, status
- Sit in on key meetings, turn discussions into tracked tasks, and follow up until they're done
- Keep structured task boards, timelines, and content calendars across teams and agencies
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate marketing and design deliverables from request to delivery - campaigns, social, product materials, landing pages, presentations, KOL content, launches
- Work with Product to collect the latest feature updates, terminology, and positioning so content stays accurate
- Coordinate feedback and approval rounds across Marketing, Design, Product, and Compliance
Process Ownership
- Identify blockers, missing information, or delays early, and push for resolution - proactively, without being asked
- Build and improve workflows, templates, and briefing systems as you go
- Catch missing details, outdated information, or inconsistent messaging before things go out the door
- Prepare regular status updates: what's on track, blocked, delayed, or launching soon
Requirements
Core Skills
- Confident, daily user of tools like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Linear, or Monday
Secondary Skills
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, or brand-driven industries is a genuine plus
- Bonus: experience with workflow automation (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar)
- Bonus: experience building internal systems, templates, or documentation from scratch
Nice to Have
- Marketing or design background is a strong plus, but it can be taught - coordination can't
We Offer
- Fully remote - we care about time zone (roughly GMT+1 to GMT+4), not your country. Dubai office available, never mandatory.
- Freelance / B2B service agreement
- 10 days paid vacation, plus 2 fixed extra days off (Dec 25 & Jan 1)
- Full ownership over how this function is built - no legacy process to be stuck with
