Project Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Planning, Organization, Steering, and Monitoring of Projects: From initiation to successful completion.
Creation and Maintenance of Project Plans: Including the definition of milestones.
Central Interface: Between clients, internal teams, and external partners, as well as cross-departmental coordination.
Continuous and Close Communication with Clients: Including operational support and consulting.
Planning and Execution of Acceptances: Ensuring smooth operations and sustainable customer satisfaction.
Proactive Monitoring of Customer Systems: Identifying optimization and improvement potentials.
Conducting Status Meetings, Risk and Opportunity Assessments: Ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Documentation of Project Results and "Lessons Learned."

Requirements

Education: Completed technical or economic education (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification.
Experience: Several years of experience in project management.
Certification: Certification in a common project management method (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Scrum) is advantageous.
Skills: Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable work approach with high initiative and willingness to learn.
Abilities: Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and serious demeanor.
Languages: Very good German and English skills in speech and writing; English-language meetings are not a challenge.
Other: Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
