Project Manager NPI

About the Position

As a Project Manager NPI at TMC, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects from inception to production. You will determine the project scope, define a project plan and budget, and execute it. Throughout the project, you will keep all stakeholders informed of progress and motivate your team to perform. In addition to validating the first systems, you will also deliver all necessary process deliverables for design, quality, supply chain, work instructions, and manage the necessary equipment. Clients operate in sectors such as semiconductors, complex mechanical engineering, automotive, healthcare, and aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from engineering phase to production
• Define project scope, plan, and budget
• Keep stakeholders informed and motivate the team
• Validate initial systems and deliver process deliverables
• Manage equipment and suppliers

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an integral project manager in multidisciplinary complex projects (both development and production). PMP, PMI, IPMA, or similar certification is ideal
• Skills: Experience with the transfer of complex high-end equipment and supplier management is a strong asset
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; this role requires communication with Dutch-speaking clients

• PMP, PMI, or IPMA certification
• Experience with equipment transfer and supplier management
