About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Agile/Scrum experience to join our climate-focused tech startup in a remote or hybrid role.

About the Project
The main product of the project is a platform web application for feedback and related mobile systems that allow users to create environmental reviews, interact, and collaborate for free. Key technical and operational features of the project infrastructure:
- Green Infrastructure: Since 2018, the platform has been fully powered by renewable energy sources to minimize its digital carbon footprint.
- Environmentally Conscious Operations: In the broader context of the project's activities, special attention is paid to the reuse of IT equipment, minimizing travel, and prioritizing digital meetings.
- Tech Stack: The development includes a robust infrastructure supporting web and mobile applications, using Python for backend services, DevOps pipelines, React for the frontend, and React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
Responsibilities
- Release Management: Control the release schedule, coordinate deployment dates, and ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of which features will be included in each phase.
- Task Distribution and Tracking: Translating project development plans (roadmaps) into specific tasks for the engineering team; monitoring progress and proactively assisting developers in resolving complex issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining continuous, clear, and professional communication with internal stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and deadlines.
- Agile Facilitation: Conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum and create a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Style and Approach: Organization, a collaborative mindset, and a diplomatic approach to team dynamics; ability to maintain stability and focus in a dynamic environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Linear).
