Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead diverse projects, primarily in the German-speaking region, and ensure their successful completion.
- Coordination: Coordinate and organize tasks across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Interaction: Conduct customer meetings on-site independently and professionally.
- System Configuration: Configure customer systems and ensure thorough documentation.
- Customer Support: Serve as the central contact for customers, coordinating tasks, agreements, and project progress while documenting them.
- Technical Consultation: Provide competent advice to customers on software and hardware from our portfolio.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute your ideas and drive the further development of processes and systems.
Requirements
- Experience: Technical background (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or IT).
- Skills: Structured, solution-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Professionalism: Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Interest: Familiarity with winter sports, ideally with a personal interest in mountain activities.
- Flexibility: Ability to remain flexible and improvise in unexpected situations, including conducting training independently.
- Communication: Clear and understandable communication, even on complex technical topics.
- Teamwork: Strong commitment to teamwork and sharing knowledge with others.
- Additional: Class B driver’s license and occasional travel readiness.

Note: The collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is EUR 38,183.60 gross per year based on full-time employment. However, your personality, expertise, and commitment are most important. We offer an attractive, performance-based salary that is individually adjusted to your qualifications and professional experience and significantly exceeds the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
