About the Position

Project Manager Ski Resorts & Destinations (m/w/d)

Axess AG is seeking a Project Manager Ski Resorts & Destinations to lead and coordinate projects in ski resorts, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse projects, primarily in the German-speaking region, ensuring successful completion.
• Coordinate and organize tasks across departments, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct customer meetings on-site independently and professionally.
• Configure customer systems and ensure thorough documentation.
• Act as the central point of contact for customers, coordinating tasks, agreements, and project progress.
• Provide expert advice to customers on software and hardware from our portfolio.
• Contribute ideas and actively drive the development of processes and systems.

Requirements

• Passion for winter sports, ideally with personal experience.
• Technical education (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or IT).
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with high initiative.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain flexible and improvise in unexpected situations.
• Clear and understandable communication, even on complex technical topics.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to share knowledge.
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience with specific software or hardware.

Note: By law, we must inform you that the minimum collective bargaining salary for this position is EUR 38,183.60 gross per year based on full-time employment. However, your personality, expertise, and commitment are most important to us. We offer an attractive, performance-based salary that is individually adjusted to your qualifications and professional experience and significantly exceeds the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
