Project Manager (Tech)

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Coordinate efforts from various teams and align them to achieve projects' goals.
• Promote advanced and effective task management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Set up team briefings, internal reviews, and any meetings needed to complete any given project.
• Identify opportunities for new projects that can be developed.
• Analyze, labor estimation, project planning, risk, and change management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• High-level understanding of system architecture, technical design, and API integrations.
• Experience in effectively managing multiple projects in parallel and dependencies between them.
• Hands-on experience in planning projects that span across multiple business units within the organization.
• Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and tracking a roadmap for multiple Scrum teams.
• Understanding of the Scrum method and experience in managing multiple Scrum teams in parallel.
• Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documenting (both functional and non-functional).
• Hands-on experience in risks & issues management, including proactive risk identification, mitigation, or escalation.
• Ability to translate architecture/engineering discussions into actionable items during technical meetings.
• Ability to problem-solve, make quick and effective data-driven decisions, while taking responsibility.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing Scrum team metrics to improve flow and predictability.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to proactively resolve conflicts.
• English language level is not lower than B2 (upper-intermediate).
• Attentive to detail, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
