Job description

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Tech) to join our multicultural team in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland, with remote work options. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in managing IT and product development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery process and ensure roadmap execution within agreed timelines.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, BA, QA, and other stakeholders involved in delivery.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and ensure their timely resolution or escalation.
  • Status Reporting: Provide clear and transparent status updates on projects, key initiatives, and critical tasks to business stakeholders.
  • Process Management: Organize and maintain core team processes: planning, refinement, daily syncs, and delivery tracking.
  • Dependency Management: Manage dependencies across teams, tasks, and product modules.
  • Capacity Planning: Plan team capacity based on workload, vacations, and business priorities.
  • Project Context: Maintain up-to-date project context, statuses, and key decisions.
  • Product Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the product, its structure, logic, and dependencies to support effective delivery planning.
  • Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery: acting proactively, driving execution, and ensuring timely communication without the need for constant external supervision.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience managing IT / product development projects.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the full software development lifecycle: discovery, analysis, refinement, development, QA, release, and post-release.
  • Skills: Skills in risk management, capacity planning, and resource planning.
  • Team Coordination: Experience coordinating cross-functional teams: Product, Engineering, BA, QA, Design, and business stakeholders.
  • Tools: Confident use of Jira / Confluence or similar tools.
  • Methodologies: Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban without dogmatic adherence to frameworks.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to read and understand technical documentation, API flows, integration diagrams, and basic product architecture.
  • Technical Background: Technical background is preferred: experience in Engineering, QA, BA, System Analysis, or Technical Project Management.
  • Specific Experience: Hands-on experience specifically with B2B SaaS, platform products, integrations, high-load systems, or the telecom / messaging domain.
  • Architecture Understanding: Understanding of how APIs, data flows, and microservice architecture work.

Nice to Have

  • Ownership: Strong ownership: ability to independently drive processes end-to-end without constant external supervision.
  • Proactivity: Proactivity: not waiting for instructions for every action, but independently identifying where follow-up, alignment, or escalation is needed.
  • Systems Thinking: Systems thinking and the ability to see not only an individual task, but also how changes impact the product, teams, and roadmap.
  • Accountability: Strong accountability for outcomes, not just process execution.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills: ability to align with both technical and business teams, ask the right questions, and drive clarity.
  • Constructive Challenge: Ability to challenge ideas constructively and defend a position using data, context, and logic.
  • Feedback: Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Curiosity: Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and deeply understand how the product works rather than managing tasks superficially.
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment where priorities may change.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with leads and team members without creating unnecessary friction or competition for influence or control.

We Offer

  • Great Working Atmosphere: An exciting and challenging job in a fast-growing business group, the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals in Development, Architecture, Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and more.
  • Friendly Culture: Great working atmosphere with passionate experts and leaders, sharing a friendly culture and a success-driven mindset is guaranteed.
  • Beautiful Offices: Beautiful offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Yerevan. Work remotely or on-site with comfort and enjoy the opportunity to build a network of connections with professionals day by day.
  • Corporate Equipment: Modern corporate equipment based on macOS or Windows and additional equipment are provided.
  • Benefits: Paid vacations, sick leave, personal events days, days off.
  • Referral Program: Referral program: enjoy cooperation with your colleagues and get the bonus.
  • Educational Programs: Educational programs: regular internal training sessions, compensation for external education, attendance of specialized global conferences.
  • Rewards Program: Rewards program for mentoring and coaching colleagues.
  • In-house Travel Service: In-house Travel Service.
  • Internal Activities: Multiple internal activities: online platform for employees with quests, gamification, presents and news, RedCore clubs for movie / book / pets lovers, special office days dedicated to holidays.
