Responsibilities

As a Projectleider, you will drive optimal results for our clients. You will utilize your leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide your team. Your responsibilities include:

• Defining the project scope, approach, risks, planning, and costs.
• Setting up the project organization and managing the project team and external suppliers.
• Regularly coordinating with the client, monitoring progress, providing financial guidance, and managing risks.
• Identifying deviations promptly and ensuring alternative solutions.
• Handling project changes and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and creating support for the project.
• Communicating effectively at tactical, strategic, and governance levels.

Requirements

• Education: HBO/WO diploma.
• Experience: Several years of relevant and successful experience in domain-transcending government projects, preferably.
• Certifications: PRINCE2 and SAFE certified, with knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Skills:
  • Project management and team management experience (minimum 5 years).
  • Management skills, business operations knowledge (preferably in the social domain), risk management, and risk analysis.
  • Planning and organizational skills, innovative approach, and being a results-oriented team player.
  • Organizational sensitivity, networking skills, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to motivate employees, communicate easily at all levels, and be a true team player.
  • Ability to drive people and achieve results.
